Shirley has over 18 years of customer service experience. Her versatile background makes her well equipped to handle our clients’ day to day needs. She is responsible for customer support for existing clientele, including renewal analysis, enrollments, terminations, billing and claim issues.

Shirley works well with our Brokers resolving issues for our clients as quickly as possible. Shirley will be building cost effective comparison benefit packages and new presentations for future medical conventions and exhibits.
