Susanhas over fifteen years of experience in the group insurance industry.  Her versatile background makes her well equipped to handle our clients’ day to day needs.  She is responsible for customer support for existing clientele, including renewal analysis, enrollments and terminations, and billing and claim issues.  Susan also works with prospective clients to help them build the most cost effective benefit package that meets the needs of the employer as well as their employees and their families.
